The Sonata Offline e-Learning Player includes a form to collect basic user information such as your name, email address, location and position within the organization you work for. Depending on the policies of the publisher of the content you are accessing, this information may be optional or required. This information remains on your device and is not sent to anyone (including the publisher) unless you enable synchronization.
Sonata Learning, for its part, does not share user data with any parties besides the content publisher. Please contact the content publisher to review their privacy policies prior to synchronizing your data with the online server.
Additionally, when the Sonata Offline e-Learning Player crashes, it transmits data about the crash and your device to Google’s Firebase platform to help us resolve errors and improve the quality of the product. This data is used strictly by our development and support teams and is not shared with third parties.
No images or other identifying information are collected or stored by the application.
