Sonata Enterprise Success helped MouthWatch create a knowledge base, in-app guidance, and reseller enablement materials for TeleDent, a telemedicine platform specifically for dental care providers and their patients.

MouthWatch provides teledentistry software and intra-oral cameras that allow dentists to treat patients remotely and manage all aspects of care.  In addition to conducting virtual consultations, their TeleDent platform facilitates better communication between dentists, patients, and specialists while helping patients track their care with user-friendly “visual treatment plans.”  The platform has been utilized by small and large dental practices, insurance companies, and other agencies involved in the delivery and management of dental care.

While preparing for a major version update and a wave of new clients, MouthWatch knew their existing knowledge base needed an overhaul. The company had also entered into a reseller agreement and needed sales enablement materials for their partner’s reps.

Sonata Enterprise Success worked with MouthWatch to refresh the TeleDent knowledge base with new content and videos, and also helped TeleDent implement in-app tours and tooltips to help clients get accustomed to the updated UI. Sonata also created a series of explainer videos highlighting TeleDent’s key features and differentiators for their resellers’ reps to use when presenting the solution to prospective clients.
