Online instructor-led training (ILT) is one of the best strategies an organization can adopt to increase the reach and effectiveness of its training programs while reducing costs and logistical barriers. However, many organizations struggle to make the transition, often because trainers lack effective online facilitation skills.
Sonata Learning’s Online ILT Facilitation Skills Workshop will help your facilitators master the online environment and apply learner-centered training best practices, to deliver an outstanding experience for your audience.
This workshop can be delivered as a half day (3.5 hour) session covering general principles or a full day (6.5 hour) session where participants can practice delivering actual lessons from your organization’s training curricula and receive feedback from our master facilitators.
To ensure that all workshop attendees get a chance to practice their facilitation skills and receive feedback from the master trainer, enrollment is limited to 8 participants per session.
