Communication and Coaching Skills for Managers

While formal training can help people acquire specific skills, most learning happens informally, on the job.  That’s why it’s critical for people and project managers to be actively engaged in growing the skills and shaping the mindset of their team.  

From active listening skills to setting learning goals and providing feedback, this workshop will help both new and experienced people managers learn practical strategies for improving individual and team performance.  

This course can be delivered in person or online as either a two-day workshop or a one-day session focusing on specific topics of interest.  To ensure that all attendees have the opportunity to actively participate and receive personal feedback, larger groups will require additional facilitators.
